 We advocate for homeless  pets in San Saba County, Texas. Our goal is to  build and operate a private shelter for stray and abandoned animals.

 Provides  Fire and Rescue services for both the City and County of San Saba. Also  water rescue, high angle rescue, severe weather spotting, and fire  prevention.

The Community Foundation of San Saba County


 Founded in 2006, The Community Foundation of San Saba County is an  organization formed to undertake restoration and beautification projects  & hosts the annual Catkins Ball. 

Texas Hunters for Heros, San Saba TX Chapter


 North American Hunters for Heroes is a 501(c)3, with operating chapters  called Texas Hunters for Heroes.  We have Chapters in San Saba, DFW area  and Dripping Springs Texas. Our other chapter is in Louisiana and their  website is 

San Saba County Pro Rodeo


The San Saba Pro Rodeo Days will be held on the first Friday and Saturday in June at the San Saba Rodeo Arena.
This rodeo is a part of the "Stand United Series." 

San Saba County Historical Museum


The  museum is an all-volunteer organization operating under the direction  of the Board of 

Trustees.  The museum  is supported only by donations, grants and membership dues. We are  interested in receiving artifacts which will help us better tell the  story of the people who settled and built this area.
